The John G. and Betty J. Mick Scholarship Fund
The John G. and Betty J. Mick Scholarship Fund was established to assist graduating seniors attending a high school in Stark County, Ohio who will graduate with their class in May/June. Applicants must have been accepted as a full-time student in Stark State College of Technology Engineering Program for a two-year degree program which will also transfer to a four-year degree program at another university at the discretion of the student. Alternately, has been accepted as a full-time student into an engineering program at any university or college in the State of Ohio. Non-traditional students furthering their education after entering the workforce will be considered secondarily. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale and demonstrate outstanding involvement either in academics, extracurricular activities or community activities. Personal interview may be required. Renewable: YES
