The Manzer-Keener-Wefler Scholarship Fund

The Manzer-Keener-Wefler Scholarship Fund was established to assist applicants accepted by, or currently attending, a two-year or four-year college or university or art institute with a chosen field of study in or related to photography or visual arts. Non-traditional college students originally from Stark County, Ohio, or counties contiguous to Stark, who are currently attending a two-year or four-year college or university or art institute part-time are also eligible to apply. Applicants must achieve a cumulative GPA as detailed: First time applicant, attainment of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale shall be required, or in the case of non-traditional students, have otherwise demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Committee the ability to complete successfully the photography or visual arts program for which they have enrolled. Renewable: YES (each year up to four years). Applicant applying for renewal must achieve a grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Must have a financial need and have demonstrated outstanding involvement both in academics and extracurricular activities.
